If your travel plans differ from the group itinerary, please be sure to inform the resort concierge at check-in, so they can arrange your early checkout or adjusted stay accordingly. GETTING TO VIDANTA
Traveling from Cancún International Airport (CUN) to Vidanta Riviera Maya is a straightforward journey of approximately 36 to 39 kilometers (22 to 24 miles), typically taking 30 to 35 minutes by car, depending on traffic conditions.

Checking In
Check-In Details
Upon arrival, you will be asked to present your passport and a major credit card to place on file for any incidentals during your stay. Please note that this is a cashless resort—for your convenience and security, you will be provided with a resort wristband, which serves as both your digital currency and identification throughout the Vidanta resort world.
While the wristband is the primary method for purchases across the property, I do believe they also allow you to use your credit card at most locations if preferred.
As a guest of Vidanta, you’ll have access to several unique resort stages and experiences across the vast property. Whether you’re dining, shopping, or booking an excursion, simply use your wristband—or in many cases, your credit card—to make purchases. Charges made via wristband will be linked to your room by using the last 3 or 4 digits of your room number, so please keep all of your receipts to help you track your expenses accurately.
